Premium Account Terms Of Service

Everyone can buy an account simply using any of the payment methods available at our buy page, at the moment only PayPal is accepted, but more methods will be added in the future.

In order to keep all the things right and avoid problems, all premium users must accept those simple rules.

• Account features can be modified by the NighTeam staff to adjust/remove/add new features to balance the game experience, changes will be notified via E-Mail to all active subscriptions.
   
• Having a active account don't give you immunity against server rules, if you break any of our server rules, you will still be penalized.
   
• If you use any form of exploting or hacking to get extra days, increase your features or even get a account, you will be permanently banned from all of our servers.
   
• If you request a refund of the payment, your account will be instantly suspended along with your STEAMID banned from all of our gameservers, is not our problem if you have used your mom's credit card without her permission.
   
• If you buy a premium account you can't then request a refund, if you make a paypal dispute and you win it, the rule of above will apply.
   
• The NighTeam staff can't guarantee the longevity of the service, this includes all the gameservers, the website and other future services provided by the staff, however, in case of one of the services being interrupted, all players (subscriptors or not) will be notified with atleast 10 days before the event.
   
• Nighteam staff keeps the right to modify the prices of subscriptions without any notify, the new prices will apply the next time you renew or buy an account.
