TF2 Server Changes.

With the recent Halloween update Valve have released 2 new maps, Mountain Lab and Mann Manor, this is the change list.

• Added a new server with the Mann Manor map for both EU and US.
• Removed the UPWARD server and replaced with a MOUNTAIN LAB one since the upward server is mainly empty all the day.
