Server changes and plugin update.

I've made some changes to US servers and pushed out a update for the nighteam plugin, this is the list of changes.

• Implemented a system to kick bugged bots (Mostly happens in arena maps).
• Implemented a system to respawn bots who are stucked somewhere in the map.
• Changed the ORANGE server to a CUSTOM maps server, featuring cp_orange_x3 and ctf_2fort_desert2.
• Fixed some critical memory leaks in the server that was causing some problems related with database connections.
• Improved the stability of the nighteam plugin.
• Added the US NightFall Server.
• Replace the steel server with a koth_lakeside_final server as a test.
• Renamed the KOTH servers to HARVEST EVENT 24/7.
• Fixed premium engineers being able to build dispensers and teleporters in the air.
• Reduced the "Waiting for players" time from 30 secs to 10 on Arena.

New servers for EU will come at the beggining of april because i have to buy a windows license and they charge me this month as a whole (not only the remaining days).

Aww thats ashame, everyone was really enjoying that...... I even had someone yesterday who bought Premium JUST for that!

I dont care to re-enable the airborne buildings, i only disabled it to prevent abuse of engineers blocking the team using flying teleporters.

I know right? It is like watching a television show..so boring in the beginning..then it gets real good..I mean real good.....and then just when you need another fix..Boom have to wait until season three..(ref) V
